My research interests have evolved over time, and I expect they will continue to evolve. However, at the heart of my research are questions about what literacy means in a technologically driven society, how we teach modern literacy practices, and how we prepare teachers for the challenge.
As I research, I am also exploring and developing my own understanding of multimodal communication and the skills that are necessary to be a full participant in a computer mediated society.
